Letter to Parents

Parents, I want to thank you for allowing Refuge Student Ministries to have the privilege of investing in the lives of your students. We believe that a strong Godly partnership, between you and us, will lead to lasting life change.

• On your end of things, we hope to provide great resources to help in the parenting journey. Every year, we also plan to have special Refuge Worship Services for you to experience what life at REFUGE is all about. It is our desire to keep you “in the know”, and one of the ways to be “in the know” is by regularly checking out this website.

• On our end of things, we believe that life change will occur, with your student(s) and their friends, if we can have them active in 3 ministry environments on a weekly basis:

1. An environment that EXPOSES Jesus,
2. An environment that EQUIPS the follower of Jesus, and
3. An environment that provides opportunities to EXPERIENCE a life serving Jesus.

The Wednesday night worship service is all about EXPOSING Jesus to students, small groups  and SURGE, are all about EQUIPPING the follower of Jesus, and ministry teams are all about EXPERIENCING life serving Jesus in our community and beyond. The 3 “E’s” are the foundation to everything that we try to do.
